The following occupancy standards must be adhered to by all guests or entrance will be denied.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTAL SPECIALS

Check In/Check Out:
The office is open daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm and Sundays and holidays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Check in time is after 2:00pm, check out time is NOON. All occupants pay a per diem charge for water & gas, and a one time maid service fee as follows:
Studio $9.50/day/utilities $16.50 / maid
1 Bedroom $10.50/day/utilities $22.00 / maid
2 Bedroom $11.50/day/utilities $27.50 / maid
3 Bedroom $12.50/day/utilities $36.50 / maid
NOTE:
All reservations must be prepaid in full within seven days after booking. A two (2) night minimum is required.
HOLIDAY TIMES: CHRISTMAS- NEW YEAR’S ( DEC 22-JAN 1), SPRING BREAK (MAR 15-31), SEMANA SANTA WK, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, & THANKSGIVING (NOV 23-NOV 27TH)
